These are crazy because they are GOOD, of course, and have NO wheat, no flour, no added suger, etc. etc.
Peanut butter (crunchy, salted, no added ingredients) — easiest if soft (ie: not straight from fridge!)
Just mix all ingredients in a bowl. It should be thick and gloppy. Usually each banana needs about 1/2 cup of peanut butter, but it seems to vary based on the size of the banana and the consistency of the peanutbutter.
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
