Ninja Balls

This is so easy and fast and healthy and filling…just crazy! Plus it is all raw. :)

Ingredients
1/2 cup raw peanutbutter (I use CB’s brand from valecia peanuts)
1-2 ripe/very ripe bananas
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Smush together the above items, then add the following:

2 crumblied up unsalted or low salt Lundgren’s Rice Crackers (less arsenic in rice than other brands)
And then add some or all of the following:
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
2 tablespoons sprouted and dried buckwheat

You can also add a splash of chocolate chips and/or raisens, but it is really sweet already, and just great without.

Mix it all together, and then roll into balls and coat with shredded coconut — it is very gooey though still yummy without the coconut.

Best frozen, which makes it taste like peanutbutter icecream with crunchy bits. But it is also good freshly mixed or chilled.
